Second, improper selection of cloth bronzing paper will also directly affect the bronzing fastness. According to the size of the bronzing area and the characteristics of the hot stamping material, what type of cloth bronzing paper should be selected. There are many models of cloth bronzing paper materials on the market, and various models correspond to substrates of different materials and their most suitable hot stamping range. They are mainly distinguished by the adhesion and peeling degree in the process of use. When the operator selects the cloth bronzing paper material with poor fastness and tightness for hot stamping, the bronzing pattern on the cigarette bag will appear false hot stamping and gold loss.
Third, the matching among bronzing equipment, pressing time and hot stamping temperature is not correctly mastered, which affects the fastness of hot stamping and the clarity of graphic outline.
Due to the different equipment and materials to be hot stamping, the hot stamping time and hot stamping temperature are different. For example, the high-speed round press is fast, the embossing line is in contact, and the hot stamping temperature is higher than the round flattening or flat flattening. Generally, the temperature of round pressing and hot stamping is 190% ~ 220 ℃, the round flattening is about 130 ℃ ~ 150 ℃, and the flat flattening is about 100 ℃ ~ 120 ℃. Of course, the hot pressing time, hot stamping temperature and production efficiency are also restricted by the transfer performance of cloth bronzing paper to a great extent. Also pay attention to check whether the pressure is balanced. If some pictures and texts are not hot stamping, you should also check whether the bronzing plate is damaged.
Reverse pulling: reverse pulling refers to the pulling away of printing ink or varnish on printed parts by cloth bronzing paper after hot printing. The main reason is that the printing ink on the printing surface is not dry or the post-processing treatment of UV on the printing surface is improper, resulting in the weak combination of printing ink, UV oil and paper surface. You should wait until the print is dry before bronzing. In addition, cloth bronzing paper with low separation force and excellent heat transfer can be selected.
